About Pamela Zeigler-Petty

Pamela Zeigler-Petty is president of PZP BizConnect, a company she founded to serve as a strategic advisor to women & clients in the areas of business and nonprofit case development, strategy, Diversity-Equity-Inclusion & Belonging and branding.  She launched this consultancy after serving as president of a local bank to formalize a commercial presence within the market.

Zeigler-Petty’s previous financial experience includes serving as director, senior vice president and other leadership roles.  In her earlier career, she launched nonprofit programming, including assisting minority and micro- businesses become certified small business entities.  Additionally, she helped craft legislature that was passed / signed into law to assist small businesses.

Her experience includes project and executive management and serving as the brand ambassador for corporations.  She is comfortable interacting with all levels of management and working with fledgling entrepreneurs.  Versed in building morale, employee engagement and programming, Zeigler-Petty excels in leadership. She is down to earth, yet, polished to take on the toughest business initiative at any moment.

With a head for business and heart for service, Zeigler-Petty, is compassionate about communities and the global impact on citizens.  With a background in “real life” experiences, she has long been involved in communities where she works and lives.  Her belief that every voice deserves a platform, is the catalyst for embracing important and difficult conversations.  She is a freelance writer, with the ability to “tell” stories from a point of view, that is authentic, poignant, and concise.  

Zeigler-Petty has been awarded numerous recognitions for her contributions in North Texas and Arkansas.  Recently, she was announced as the Collin County Women of Influence 2021 Business Leader of the Year where she will be recognized by the Junior League of Collin County at an event in June.  Zeigler-Petty served North Texas professionally and through volunteer service for over 18 years.  Known for mentoring others, her motto in life, is to “Leave the door open, and the ladder down”.
